We collect only the data needed to run your account — name, contact details and payment identifiers. We do not sell this data to third parties. You can request a copy or deletion by contacting support with your account ID.

Account Security

Each account is protected by two-factor authentication on login. If we detect unusual access — a new device or location — we send a verification code to your registered mobile number before allowing entry.

We retain account records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable Indian law after closure. Once the retention period ends, your personal data is deleted from our systems.

Requesting Corrections

If you believe data we hold about your account is inaccurate, raise a correction request via email with supporting documents. We aim to process corrections within 7 working days and confirm completion in writing.

These terms apply to every account opened on betbaadshah. Access is subject to local law and is available only where local law permits. By completing account registration, you confirm that your use is lawful in your location.

Yes, we reserve the right to update these terms. We will email your registered address before any material change takes effect. If you continue using your account after that notice period, we treat that as your acceptance of the updated terms.

A breach may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, depending on severity. Any balance subject to a breach investigation will be held until the matter is resolved. We notify you of our decision in writing within 10 working days.

You can request closure at any time by contacting support. We will process the request within 3 working days. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account after identity checks are complete.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification before release. Once verified, transfers to UPI and PhonePe accounts typically clear within one business day. Paytm wallet transfers follow the same verification step and the same timeline.

Send a data-access request to our support email with your account ID and a copy of your identity document. We will compile and return your account data within 14 working days, in line with applicable Indian data-protection requirements.

Disputes are governed by the laws of India, to the extent applicable. If any provision conflicts with Indian consumer-protection law, that provision is read down to comply. You retain any rights granted to you under applicable Indian statute.
